Just thought I would share that I made the tahini it is the perfect satisfier when I'm late night hungry. I also wanted to let you know that I watched the video in its entirety and enjoyed every minute of it. I am doing some of the breathing. I can't do it for as long as you do as I can't concentrate for that long yet, although I try, I am doing the lavender baths and I love them, I'm also following a lot of your tips so thank you again for sharing and eating healthier.Thanks again so much.
